A Day in Your Life Photography Awards

Karen Knorr is delighted to be joining A Day in Your Life Photography Awards as a guest judge, supporting the next generation of photographic talent.

Founded by BAFTA and multi-award-winning artist Alison Jackson, A Day in Your Life is a community-focused photography initiative that celebrates the creativity of young people aged 4–24 from disadvantaged, under-represented and minority backgrounds.

Karen will review the shortlisted entries across the competition and select the strongest photographs in each category ahead of the Awards Ceremony on Monday 13 July at Cadogan Hall, where the winning images will be announced.

The competition features a range of awards, including Best Portrait, the Young Prize (5–8 years), Primary Prize (9–12 years), Young Adult Prize (13–18 years), and the UAL or Outstanding Prize. Finalists’ work will be exhibited as part of the programme’s annual exhibition, celebrating emerging photographers and the diverse perspectives they bring.
