Join us for an exciting conversation with American artist Karen Knorr, Museum of Art & Photography (MAP), Bengaluru Curator and Research Editor, Varun Nayar, and MGA Senior Curator Pippa Milne as they discuss this first major survey of Indian photography in Australia.
This hybrid event will be held in the gallery and if you are unable to attend in person you will be able to join the in conversation on line, at your home via Zoom.
For those able to attend at MGA we look forward to hosting you for drinks in the gallery from 6pm. MGA Senior Curator, Pippa Milne will conduct a tour of the exhibition,Visions of India: from the colonial to the contemporary for those at the gallery before we start the in conversation.
At 7pm, MGA’s Senior Curator, Pippa Milne will host a discussion with artist Karen Knorr and MAP Curator and Research Editor Varun Nayar. For those unable to attend the conversation at MGA gallery in person you will be able to join us at 7pm via a zoom link.
